Does Chester Self-Storage provide a lock?
Yes, we give you a lock (at no additional charge) when you move in and you keep all the keys. We use the latest cylinder locks for your security.
Am I renting month-to-month or am I on a lease?
All agreements are month-to-month. The minimum stay is 1 month, but you can stay as long as you like!
How can I pay my monthly bill?
Easy! You can set up automatic monthly credit card billing which can also help you avoid late fees. You can pay with a credit or debit card over the phone, pay online, mail us a check or just drop in and pay in person. We’d love to see you!
Can I reserve a storage unit?
Sure! Just visit the Reserve Online page, fill in your contact info and the unit size you’re interested in, and we’ll get back to you right away with prices and availability.
